Terms and Conditions for Life Coaching Services

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of life coaching services provided by Chanelle Greene ("Coach"). By engaging in these services, the ("Client") agrees to abide by the following terms.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- The Coach is committed to protecting the privacy of Clients and will keep all information shared during sessions confidential, except as required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others, court orders).
- The Coach will not disclose any personal information or session content without the explicit consent of the Client.
Scope of Services
- The Coach provides life coaching services intended to support personal growth, goal-setting, and self-improvement. Coaching is a partnership and a collaborative process that relies on the active involvement of the Client.
- The Coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or healthcare provider and does not provide mental health counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, mental health care, or medical advice.
Client Responsibility
- The Client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is intended to facilitate the Client’s ability to make progress and achieve their goals, but the Coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
- The Client is responsible for informing the Coach of any relevant personal circumstances or conditions that may impact their coaching sessions.
Right to Counsel
- The Coach reserves the right to provide guidance, suggestions, and resources based on the Client’s goals and circumstances. However, the Client is under no obligation to follow any specific advice or guidance provided.
- The Client agrees to seek independent professional advice, such as medical, legal, financial, or psychological, when necessary, and acknowledges that the Coach’s guidance does not replace professional advice in these areas.
Disclaimer of Liability
- The Coach is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or results that arise from the Client’s participation in coaching sessions. The Client agrees that they are solely responsible for their own well-being during the coaching process.
- The Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services provided.
Termination
- Either the Client or the Coach may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, any fees for services rendered will be due and payable.
Acceptance of Terms
- By engaging in coaching services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
